Research:
Intelligent marketing is based on genuinely and objectively
understanding the needs of your customers, and not just
going through the motions in order to justify a pre-determined
marketing direction. What do your customers really want?
How can we genuinely meet their needs? What kind of
response do we seek? These are the questions we work
with our clients to answer. But we take it further.
The key is being able to take the insight we've gleaned
and turn it into an effective marketing strategy.
Strategy:
At tbi, we know that insight and strategy need to be
intertwined. We also know that it takes much more than
a cleverly-designed web page or nifty graphical treatment
to connect with your customers. It takes a true understanding
of their needs, and the skill to create something that
anticipates (and meets) those needs.
Design: Unifying
strategy and design, we solve problems, build brands
and visually communicate our clients message. Through
the promotion of visual and design excellence we help
set our client partners apart from the competition while
elevating their brand's value in the marketplace.
Implementation:
Many branding systems fail not because they are misdirected
or ill- conceived, but because a good, strong new brand
positioning has not been effectively applied. The execution
sees our creative solutions become a reality as we implement
our system across a client's products, environments
or entire organization. This process can include implementation
and launch planning, final art development, design specifications,
prototype development, on-press supervision and environmental
installation support. We provide comprehensive brand
guidelines and/or asset management systems to help clients
maintain their brand's integrity after implementation. |
